SafeHope Home seeks to provide long-term comprehensive recovery programs designed to guide sexually exploited woman or those at identifiable risk of becoming sexually exploited, into full rehabilitation. SafeHope Home is not a treatment facility or an emergency shelter, but an abstinence-based long-term comprehensive program for women between the ages of 16-29.
Future participants should be ready to embark on a healing journey that requires great effort and vulnerability on their part that will hopefully result in freedom fulfillment in their future. As part of the recovery process, participants are required to attend the SafeHope Day program four days a week.
The objectives of the program are that participants will be equipped to:

Address their past issues of abuse

Learn to engage in healthy relationships

Improve their quality of Life

Learn to engage in healthy relationships

Increase their level of self-esteem

Learn to parent in a positive manner, breaking the cycle of abuse in the lives of their children or future children

Increase their level of education

Learn employability skills to move forward with positive action in their lives
Criteria for Entry
Eligibility Criteria
Requirements are as follows:

Applicant must be detoxed from Alcohol and Drugs (including Marijuana)

Applicant must provide a recent drug/alcohol test within the past two weeks with referral

Applicant must not be currently involved in the sex trade or associate with those known to be involved in the sex trade

Applicant must be between the age of 16-29

Applicant must agree to attend and participate in the SafeHope Day Program, Monday through Thursday consistently as part of their Recovery

Applicant must agree to live in the Residential Home following all rules as part of their recovery
SafeHope Home will accept women on Methadone/Suboxone with the understanding that they will work toward a tapering program
